Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available to support students from preschool through 12th grade in a school setting located in Antioch, TN. This contract position runs ASAP through the end of the school year, serving a diverse K-12 caseload. Candidates with experience across various grade levels and pediatric speech-language therapy are encouraged to apply. Part-time candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels, from preschool through high school
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Documenting student progress and maintaining thorough records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Providing direct therapy to support students communication and social skills within the school environment
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and school functions as needed

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience providing pediatric speech-language services in educational settings
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning early childhood through high school students
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
  • Commitment to student-centered therapy and individualized support
