This opportunity is perfect for a bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. Situated in Oxnard, CA, this full-time contract position offers a dynamic role supporting students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. With a caseload of up to 65 students, you will work onsite and provide essential speech and language services across one to two schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population, grades PreK-8.
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
  • Manage therapy schedules while commuting between one to two school locations.
  • Maintain compliance with school district and state guidelines for therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English to support bilingual student needs.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week) and start promptly.

Location:

  • Onsite position based in Oxnard, CA, with travel required between one to two school sites.
