Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An onsite Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Oxnard, CA, scheduled to start in August 2027. This full-time contract role involves supporting up to 65 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. The position requires commuting between one to two schools within the area.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. The role demands excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work directly with a diverse student population.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience working with students from pre-K through 8th grade
• Ability to manage caseloads of up to 65 students
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to commute between multiple school sites
