Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Salary $80K–$90K, plus bonus eligibility up to $40K annually

Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Proven background in P&L, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
• Positive leadership style with a people-first mentality
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation of both warehouse and retail environments
• Directly supervise, guide, coach, and mentor team members
• Build genuine guest connections and foster strong business relationships
• Promote community engagement and involvement
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
