Job Description

Summary of Job:

Call on and convert unclosed service technician recommendations as well as pending sales estimates. Convert all online sales inquiries into set appointments. Sell extended warranties, maintenance plans as well as add-on’s or accessories. Improve client relationships in a corporate setting: Reduce client churn, shorten sales cycle, up-sell to existing clients, and work to increase top line revenue while holding margin. Work to understand the unique perspective of our target audience and present offers to meet and exceed theirs needs. Outbound on installs to close loop on client experience while gaining data on why clients buy or do not buy, making clients aware of all of our capabilities as well as asking for referrals.

Education and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years data entry/administrative experience preferred
  • 2 years customer service/sales experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Must be able to type proficiently. 60+ WPM w/ accuracy
