Clubhouse Manager Benefits & Compensation

• $85,000–$95,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
• Health insurance available
• Applicable CMAA dues paid by the club

Clubhouse Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or club management, preferably in a private club or high-end resort
• 2–4 year degree preferred, especially in hospitality management or a related field
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple departments
• Private club, resort, or hospitality experience required
• Proficiency in POS systems, club management software, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on, service-oriented leadership approach
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Clubhouse Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise all a la carte and catering services, clubhouse housekeeping, and general maintenance awareness
• Hire, train, and manage front-line F&B managers and service staff
• Oversee daily club operations and act as acting manager in the COO’s absence
• Lead staff training, professional development, and maintain contact with members for maximum satisfaction
• Address and resolve complaints from members, guests, and employees
• Participate in facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
• Collaborate with various departments for payroll, HR needs, preventive maintenance, and event planning
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and enforce dress codes for staff and members
• Manage the club’s internship program and employee accommodations
