Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• Must have recent management experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual restaurant
• Significant career progression with solid work tenure
• Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leads by example, and upholds restaurant standards
• Inventory and ordering are required - previous experience is necessary
• Experience with high-volume carryout is a HUGE plus
