As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, you will bring your clinical knowledge and skills to manage and provide care to patients. You may also have the opportunity to float within the same discipline across local campuses, enhancing your experience and adaptability.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a Med Surg setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely using EPIC EMR
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training sessions
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, central lines
• Proficiency in administering and titrating medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban
• Must have an active IL state license; IA license on offer
