Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position supports K-12 students through a virtual online campus based in Arizona. The role is ideal for skilled SLP professionals passionate about providing high-quality teletherapy services within a school setting. Candidates will deliver remote therapy while ensuring compliance with state and school requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for students across K-12 grades through teletherapy platforms
• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies and state regulations
• Participating in team meetings and professional development sessions as needed
• Attending the Phoenix Online Campus office twice monthly for in-person collaboration and support

Ideal candidates will possess:

• An active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP or SLP-CCC) valid in Arizona
• Eligibility or possession of an Arizona IVP Card before the start date
• Demonstrated experience or interest in teletherapy service delivery for school-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage virtual caseload effectively
• Residency in Arizona, with ability to travel onsite twice monthly

This contract-based position requires working five days per week, totaling 37.5 hours, with a focus on virtual therapy delivery. Note that all candidates must meet licensing and background clearance requirements prior to employment commencement.
