Warehouse Associate

*All qualified candidates will be required to complete a phone screen with Bluecrew prior to being schedule for a working interview.

Required skills:

• *Previous leadership experience required
• *Must have experience operating a propane-powered, sit-down forklift
• *Previous warehouse experience
• *Effective communication skills
• *Good attitude and strong team player
• *Must be able to lift 35-60 lbs

This job includes but is not limited to:

• Overseeing the operations facility

Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items

-Ensuring packages are sent out for delivery each operating day

-Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items

- Punctuality and Flexibility: Being on time is crucial.

- Technical Skills: Prior warehousing experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in Excel for data entry and inventory management.

- Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary for using Slack to coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and management.

- Equipment Experience: Forklift experience is required for loading and offloading trucks.

- Working Environment: Candidates should be comfortable working independently, as they will be alone in the warehouse for the majority of their shifts.

- Languages: Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Forklift

When working in a Forklift Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Independently operate a seated, stand-up, or cherry picker-type lift, depending on the position based on best safety practices and supervisor direction.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Loading and unloading inventory in a safe and responsible manner
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Some jobs may require safety (steel-toed) boots
• If you have your certification, please be sure to bring it with you
