Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative and geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to perform documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
