Non CDL Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Non-CDL Driver to join our team. This Non-CDL driver position involves local deliveries within a 100-mile radius, handling linen and uniform products. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, early morning shifts, and providing excellent customer service.


Schedule:
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Start Time: 4:00 AM
- Shift Length: 8–10 hours per day
- Average Weekly Hours: 40–50 hours
- Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up linen and uniform bundles on assigned local Non-CDL routes
- Load clean linens and unload soiled linens using wheeled carts
- Non-CDL driver will operate 16’ or 26’ box trucks (automatic transmission)
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Perform basic math calculations as needed for deliveries
- Assist with loading and unloading in the warehouse

Job Requirements:
- Uber, Ride Share & Bus (passenger) experience will not be considered
- Non-CDL driver must have a valid Driver license
- Non-CDL driver must have at least 6 months of experience
- Non-CDL driver must have a clean driving record (MVR)
- Non-CDL driver must have strong customer service and communication skills
- Non-CDL driver must have the ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing/pulling carts
- Non-CDL must be comfortable working early morning shifts
- Basic math skills
