As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you’ll have a dedicated team behind you every step of the way. Our tools and training help you focus on what matters most—caring for seniors. You’ll be driving to client’s homes across Berks County, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

What You’ll Get as a Caregiver
Competitive Pay: $16.00–$16.50/hr – weekly pay & direct deposit

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver
Build Connections: Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
Daily Assistance: Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
Personal Care: Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements
Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license
References: Minimum of three professional references
Commitment: Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
Communication: Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
Compliance: Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
