Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Massachusetts SLP state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders preferred.
• Ability to manage a full caseload in an interdisciplinary team setting preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday as needed; full-time 40 hours per week (VMS guaranteed hours listed).
• Contract Length: 14 weeks.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
