Asst Sales Manager
Job Description
Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 per year salary

Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets
Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance
Lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed
Assist with weekend sales operations when required (Saturday/Sunday)
Support and oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner store locations as needed
Track and analyze key sales metrics and report performance to retail partners and leadership
Help maintain consistent sales processes, training, and accountability within the team
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
- Comfort with basic math and system sizing calculations
- Strong communication and coaching ability
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping sales teams succeed
