Job Description
Perimeter Veterinary Center looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys working in a supportive environment and mentoring newer Veterinary nurses.
As an RVT, you'll assist with appointments, surgical prep and monitoring, dental cleanings, patient care, and client communication. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, compassion, and quality care-for both our patients and their people.
This is a Full-Time position with a Monday-Thursday set schedule. NO WEEKENDS!

Key Responsibilities :
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to Veterinary Assistants and other support staff. Help develop skill sets, promote growth, and maintain consistency in medical standards.
- Hospital Flow Management: Oversee daily workflow to ensure efficient appointment flow, timely patient care, and smooth coordination between departments.
- Dental & Surgical Coordination: Manage the dental and surgical schedules and collaborate with doctors to support safe and efficient procedures.
- Client Education: Help ensure our clients feel confident and well-informed about their pet's procedures and the services we provide.
Full-Time Benefits and Compensation **
- Compensation: $20-$28 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus Package: $2,000
- CE Allowance: $500 for first year of employment & $1,000/year for every year following
