About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist with over 10 years of domain expertise across the end-to-end contract lifecycle, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with the SirionLabs Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of the SirionLabs CLM platform, including workflows, templates, obligation tracking, and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective CLM configurations and solutions

• Serve as a subject matter expert on SirionLabs functionality, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract lifecycle processes, strengthen compliance, and increase operational efficiency

• Analyze complex contract data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, generating actionable insights for leadership

What you need to have to be considered

• 10+ years of experience in contract management with strong knowledge of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes (drafting, negotiation, execution, obligation management, compliance)

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing the SirionLabs CLM platform

• Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional initiatives and CLM transformation programs

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract data and generate actionable insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams

These will help you stand out

• Sirion certification (must-have)

• Deep expertise in Sirion implementation and configuration

• Experience driving solution governance for enterprise-wide CLM transformation programs

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards in contract management

• Ability to mentor and train end-users, fostering adoption and continuous improvement

Certifications Required

• Sirion Certification – Certified Solution Architect

Salary and other compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,0000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
