We are seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver who can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal to our operations and requires someone with a strong background in HVAC dispatch, invoicing, payroll coordination, and service reporting. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, the HVAC Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC services.
Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and dispatching HVAC service calls to technicians in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Keeping track of technicians' work progress and updating job statuses in the system.
3. Managing invoicing, payroll coordination, and service reporting.
4. Solving problems promptly and effectively to ensure minimal disruption to services.
5. Communicating with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing updates on service status.
6. Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
7. Ensuring compliance with all safety and operational protocols.
8. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC dispatch or a related field.
2. Proven experience with invoicing, payroll coordination, and service reporting.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other related computer applications.
7. High level of professionalism with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
