RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Full-service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high-volume corporate structure
  • Track record of strong leadership with some previous General Manager experience
  • Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years 
  • Experience working in an upbeat full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
  • Must have at least $4 MM sales volume experience
  • The training program will be away from your home market for up to 8 weeks

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
  • P&L responsibilities
  • Hands-on team leader
  • Conflict resolution
  • Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards
