We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef who thrives in a scratch kitchen, leads from the front, and is excited to help shape a dynamic, evolving menu rooted in quality and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining or upscale scratch kitchen
- Strong knowledge of menu costing, recipe development, and labor management
- Experience with pasta and pizza production (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
- Hands-on leadership style with a “lead by example” mentality
- Strong financial and operational awareness (food cost, labor control, inventory)
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence
