THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Senior Manager, Agentic Commerce – GTM is the Revenue Performance Leader for Ulta Beauty’s Agentic Commerce channel. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, margin performance, and commercial outcomes across AI-driven shopping platforms. The Sr Manager translates digital strategy into executable go-to-market plans, category priorities, platform partnerships, and performance optimization initiatives that scale the channel sustainably. This leader ensures Ulta is not only visible within AI ecosystems — but commercially optimized, margin-protected, and positioned to win in agent-driven shopping environments. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of digital commerce, merchandising, AI ecosystems, and growth strategy.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue & Commercial Performance Leadership
  • Accountable for revenue growth and commercial performance across the Agentic Commerce channel.
  • Drive execution to achieve revenue, margin, and expansion targets.
  • Translate financial objectives into actionable GTM plans and category-level priorities.
  • Own forecasting inputs, revenue pacing, and performance diagnostics.
  •  Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

 

Go-To-Market Strategy & Channel Expansion

  • Develop and execute quarterly GTM plans and launch roadmaps.
  • Prioritize AI agent ecosystems and platforms for activation and scale.
  • Lead channel launches, pilots, and expansion initiatives.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for category growth and platform optimization.

Category-Level Commercial Optimization

  • Lead Category Leads across major product domains.
  • Define hero SKU strategies, agent-native narratives, and optimized assortment representation.
  • Shape bundle economics, substitution thresholds, AOV optimization, and margin guardrails within AI-driven decision flows.
  • Align promotions and offers to maximize agent-driven conversion and profitability.
  • Ensure category strategies support enterprise merchandising and brand partner priorities

Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead commercial partnerships with AI platforms and key brand partners.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance placement, performance, and growth across agent ecosystems.
  • Represent Ulta in emerging platform discussions to ensure competitive positioning.

Cross - Functional Commercial Alignment

  • Partner closely with GEO (visibility), Agent Operations (reliability), IT & Product (enablement), Digital Strategy and Merchandising & Marketing (assortment & promotions).
  • Resolve trade-offs between growth, margin, operational complexity, and platform constraints.
  •  Ensure agent-native initiatives are operationally executable and commercially sound.

Performance Management & Insights

  • Track and optimize channel KPIs
  • Lead performance reviews and continuous optimization cycles.
  • Direct analytics priorities to inform commercial decision-making and GTM refinement.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY:

  • 8+ years of experience in SEO, digital commerce, product data strategy, or search visibility within a scaled enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record building and scaling structured data, feed ecosystems, and AI-readable content frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of schema markup, product feeds, content systems, and the evolution from SEO to generative and agent-driven search.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, digital, marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect AI system behavior to revenue growth, margin performance, and category outcomes.
  • Analytical rigor with experience translating data into prioritization and measurable business impact.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Executive-level communication skills with strong stakeholder management and influence capabilities.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.
  • Strategic mindset with bias for action, governance discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with generative search, LLM ecosystems, AI-native commerce, or agentic platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with API-driven commerce architecture and structured commerce data layers preferred.
  • Experience in retail media, marketplace optimization, or algorithm-driven merchandising preferred.
  • Background in omnichannel retail; beauty experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing governance frameworks for automated or AI-driven systems preferred.
