Driver - NCDL

Job Title

This position is responsible for delivery of insulation products to scheduled job sites in a timely manner. Customer service with customers is essential in this position when delivering material to job sites and customer offices. Safely driving within the DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Driving to deliver material to job sites.
• Loading and unloading material.
• Maintains truck and performs daily pre-trip inspections.
• Process paperwork such as tickets, bills of lading, etc.
• Make sure the customer signs the receipt of material and collect on COD charges.
• Assist with production in plant.

Qualifications

• One year of experience driving a straight truck or tractor trailer within the last five years, required.
• Valid driver's license to be maintained at all times in compliance with company policy and DOT regulations, required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical card, required.
• Driving Duties. As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider's requirements.
