Job Description

This role requires an in person interview. This schedule is for onboarding purposes. You must also be available on weekends as needed. Please only accept if you are ok with scheduling an in person interview. You also must provide a resume to our team when they contact you for screening.

WARP is looking for a long term professional team member that is reliable and always early/on time. It is required that you have more than two years of experience managing a crew at a logistics warehouse. You must also be able to lift heavy and have reliable transportation.

In this role, you will be the on-ground representative for WARP, ensuring the efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.

● Represent WARP at the 3rd party partner facility.

● Check-in inbound shipments using our Cross-Dock App Technology.

● Verify shipment details with drivers and coordinate with WARP`s Operations.

● Assist in unloading shipments and handling pallets following safety guidelines.

● Capture shipment-related photos and manage all required documentation.

● Apply labels and organize pallets in designated areas for WARP inventory

● Assist in preparing outbound drivers for loading with the necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • ● A team player and willing to take direction
  • ● Cross-dock operations experience that handled inbound/outbound freight.
  • ● High communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • ● Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • ● Ability to lift items over 50lbs consistently

Forklift

When working in a Forklift Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

  • Independently operate a seated, stand-up, or cherry picker-type lift, depending on the position based on best safety practices and supervisor direction.
  • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
  • Loading and unloading inventory in a safe and responsible manner
  • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
  • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Some jobs may require safety (steel-toed) boots
  • If you have your certification, please be sure to bring it with you
