What You’ll Do:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chats 
  • Set quality appointments for the sales team and maintain strong followâ€'up communication 
  • Manage CRM tasks, update customer records, and track lead progress 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Harleyâ€'Davidson brand 
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to support promotions, events, and leadâ€'generation campaigns 
  • Assist with outbound calls to past customers, prospects, and event attendees 
  • Maintain high contact rates, appointment show rates, and followâ€'up standards 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred 
  • Strong communication skills — confident, friendly, and professional 
  • Ability to multitask in a fastâ€'moving environment 
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries 
  • Techâ€'savvy with CRM or leadâ€'management experience (or quick to learn) 
  • Positive attitude, teamâ€'oriented mindset, and strong work ethic 
  • Passion for motorcycles is a plus — enthusiasm goes a long way here
