Carpenter

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter with 3–5 years of experience to support residential and/or commercial construction projects. This role involves hands-on carpentry work, assisting with builds and installations, and working closely with a Foreman and crew to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction, installation, and repair of structures using wood, metal, and other materials
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Support job site setup, cleanup, and organization
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Use company apps/tools for time tracking and communication

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of carpentry or construction experience
• Experience with framing, decking, and general construction practices
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic building codes
• Proficiency with hand tools and most power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors or at heights

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools and safety equipment
• Smartphone for job-related communication and tracking

Schedule & Benefits:

• Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (varies by day)
