Job Description
Estate Manager – Live‑In Couple or Single Candidate
Location: Arizona
Compensation: Competitive couple salary + benefits + on‑site housing
Employment Type: Permanent, long‑term opportunity
We are seeking a senior, experienced Estate Manager — open to either a live‑in couple or a single professional — to oversee the daily management of a luxury private residence in Arizona. This is a long‑term position requiring reliability, discretion, and a strong background in estate or property management. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience is required.
What’s the Job?
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the estate, including buildings, grounds, and all outdoor areas
- Supervise on‑site staff such as gardener, butler, and contracted personnel
- Plan and oversee the maintenance of gardens, buildings, and exterior grounds
- Organize and manage all property operations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and conservation regulations
- Manage all vendors, contractors, and budgets
- Coordinate family and guest visits and ensure an exceptional experience
- Maintain high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the property
What’s Needed?
- Senior‑level experience in household management, luxury hospitality, or private estate operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising housekeeping or service teams
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments (housekeeping, butler, chef, security, hospitality, etc.)
- Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to remain calm, polished, and professional in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential, sensitive, and private family information with discretion
- Hands‑on approach with a willingness to step in wherever needed to support daily operations
- Strong service orientation with a hospitality mindset and a focus on elevated guest and family experience
