Patient Nanny for Newborn (1:00 PM - 7:00 PM) - ASAP

We are looking for a reliable and patient caregiver for our 6-week-old son in Fishers (1B1B apartment). We welcome caregivers who have a genuine love for infants! Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 1:00 PM - 7:00PM (Start date: March 30th). Rate: $15-20/hr(depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Basic newborn care: feeding, diaper changes, and safe sleep practices. Soothing Skills: Experience with burping, different holding techniques (cradle, upright, football hold), helping the baby connect sleep cycles, and practicing tummy time. Patience with a fussy/gassy baby is a must. Requirements: Basic knowledge of newborn care (0-3 months). Non-smoker. Calm and patient personality.
