SHIFT
1st Shift (United States of America)A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The maintenance assistant is responsible for performing routine maintenance duties including machine preventive maintenance, facility repair, rough carpentry, painting, cleaning building, empties trash receptacles, and basic plumbing services as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team, following direction from the Maintenance Team Lead and Manager to support daily operations and priorities
- Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and do similar minor electrical tasks.
- Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
- Does touch-up painting and repaints as required.
- Move heavy equipment and furniture.
- Maintains tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps maintenance area in organized condition.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
