Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Longmont, CO. This role involves working on-site within a school setting, providing services to a K-8 student caseload with a focus on delivering high-quality speech and language support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-8 students.
  • Implement therapy sessions tailored to students' specific needs to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and integrate therapy goals within the educational framework.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license is required.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a K-8 educational setting.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and maintain effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location & Schedule:

  • On-site position based in Longmont, CO.
  • Full-time hours: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (32 hours per week).
