This position will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and preparing orders for shipping in a timely and accurate manner. This position works in a team environment with set guidelines to uphold BRS quality standards, established deadlines and safe work habits to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled efficiently.

This is a full time, day shift position.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Selecting products by SKU and descriptions using a handheld scanner to fulfill orders.
• Examining all products related to customer orders.
• Using basic math skills to count, measure, weigh or otherwise verify information and products selected against customers' orders or other records related to orders.
• Preparing items for shipping by inspecting for damage, cleaning, and bagging parts if necessary.
• Packing orders in a safe, neat and professional manner.
• Using order fulfillment software to print shipping labels and affix to customer packaging.
• Sorting packages according to destination and shipping carrier.
• Meeting daily shipping schedule deadlines.
• Performing all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.
• Meeting expectations for attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties and projects as needed.

Work experience and abilities include:

• 1 year of order fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, warehouse or other relevant fast paced experience (preferred).
• Organized, detail oriented and ability to concentrate on fine detail with interruptions.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Thrive in a high-energy, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Education requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
