Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Assist during root canal therapy and apical surgeries by passing instruments, maintaining a clear field, and anticipating doctor needs
• Radiography: Take 2D digital X-rays and 3D CBCT scans (training to be provided)
• Sterilization & Infection Control: Clean, sterilize instruments and disinfect operatories in compliance with OSHA/CDC guidelines
• Patient Care: Prepare patients, review medical histories, explain procedures, and provide post-op instructions
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes in dental software
• Clinic Maintenance: Set up/break down rooms and restock supplies
• Scheduling Support: Assist with patient scheduling, confirmations, and coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained in endodontics
• Radiology certification (or in the process of obtaining)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
