Job Details
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Prior experience at a reputable law firm in litigation needed
- Clerkship preferred
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure
- Knowledge of litigation processes and trial preparation
