Job Description

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Physical Therapist (PT) is needed to support K-12 students with a focus on preschool caseload in a school setting located in Fishers, IN. This contract position runs from February 16, 2026, through May 28, 2026, offering a part-time schedule of 4 hours one day per week. The caseload includes approximately 90-100 students spanning grades 5 through 9, requiring expertise in school-based physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across elementary and middle school grade levels (5th-9th grade), with special attention to preschool-aged children on the caseload.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with Indiana state guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working in school and healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
