Your Shift  

  • Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM   
  • Days: Monday - Saturday (choose your shifts in the app)    
  • Pay: $22/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)    
  • Location: Americold – Eagan, MN 

Work Environment 

  • This is a cold storage facility with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 70°F in most work areas. Some areas of the facility reach -5°F. 
  • Workers should be prepared for outside conditions as well. 
  • Workers must wear warm clothing appropriate for the environment. 
  • Americold provides freezer suits, eye and ear protection. 

All MWC workers are required to provide their own composite shoes.

 

What You’ll Do  

You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving by:   

  • Efficiently and safely loading and unloading freight and moving products to storage throughout the facility.  
  • Operating stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in compliance.  
  • Picking and assembling orders for shipment, checking freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation.  

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • At least 6 months of forklift experience with strong teamwork and communication skills 
  • Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety and work instructions 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 
  • Ability to work in cold storage environments (primarily 34–70°F) and outside ambient conditions
