Senior Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 5+ years defending insurance clients in court, litigating coverage issues, and defending carriers
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
• An active member of the Washington Bar
