We are seeking a hands-on, safety-driven leader to oversee aquatics operations and guest recreation programming within a high-energy resort environment. This role blends leadership, safety compliance, and guest engagement, ensuring an exceptional and secure experience for every guest. Aquatics Manager – Benefits & Compensation:
- $60,000 – $65,000 base salary

Aquatics Manager – Responsibilities:
- Lead all lifeguard operations, safety programs, and audits
- Train, develop, and manage lifeguard staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and certifications
- Oversee guest recreation programming and special events
- Maintain operational documentation and audit readiness
- Support food & beverage operations as needed
- Manage labor and scheduling to align with budget
Aquatics Manager – Requirements:
- Prior lifeguard experience required
- Strong aquatics and safety background
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Required certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
