Aquatics Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, safety-driven leader to oversee aquatics operations and guest recreation programming within a high-energy resort environment. Aquatics Manager – Benefits & Compensation:

• $60,000 – $65,000 base salary

Aquatics Manager – Responsibilities:

• Lead all lifeguard operations, safety programs, and audits
• Train, develop, and manage lifeguard staff
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and certifications
• Oversee guest recreation programming and special events
• Maintain operational documentation and audit readiness
• Support food & beverage operations as needed
• Manage labor and scheduling to align with budget

Aquatics Manager – Requirements:

• Prior lifeguard experience required
• Strong aquatics and safety background
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Required certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
