Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Superintendents in Reno, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and oversee all electrical aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring project safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Superintendent expected to participate in field work activities and work with tools when necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
2. Provide leadership for safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity to optimize project outcomes.
4. Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
5. Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities, maintaining clear communication and effective collaboration.
6. Complete field administration tasks including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
7. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ electricians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8. Participate in all field work activities and be willing to work with tools when necessary.
9. Collaborate effectively with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to perform a variety of tasks under multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
6. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing safety and environmental programs.
7. Solid experience in job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
8. Proven ability to coordinate labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
9. Experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing field personnel.
10. Willingness to participate in field work activities and work with tools when necessary.
11. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
