Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available, serving students across two school locations in Fort Collins, CO. This contract position focuses on providing specialized speech and language services within a significant need program, supporting a total of 50 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language evaluations, therapy, and support to students with diverse communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Track and report student progress in accordance with school and district guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations including IDEA.

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time contract role based onsite only.
• 2 days per week at Berthoud High School.
• 3 days per week at Turner Middle School.
• Fort Collins, CO area.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP credential with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience working as an SLP within school settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development appropriate for school-age children.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
