Description
- Generate and process weekly accounts payable utilizing CANOPY software through invoice entry, check printing and mailing
- Generate weekly grower payments utilizing MTECH software along with manual reconciliations
- Generate and distribute grower rankings
- Assist with Grower inquiries
- Assist with Service Tech inquiries
- This list is not all inclusive and there may be other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- 1-3 years accounts general accounting experience
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in data entry and management
Physical Requirements
- Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant using computers, telephones and other office equipment.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Walk in an outside environment (including inclement weather conditions).
- Occasionally subject to dusty and hot environments.
- Frequently exposed to fumes and airborne particles.
- Work around raw, live animal odors.
