Market Leader Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a field service business with multiple crew members
• Own full P&L performance: revenue, cost control, and profitability
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service recovery
• Be present in the field, meeting customers and supporting your team regularly
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across roles and locations
• Partner on sales efforts and help grow the market
• Solve problems across operations, billing, customer issues, and staffing
• Build a strong, positive, high-performance culture

Market Leader Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a service, retail, or field-based environment
• Background managing multiple locations, crews, or a mobile workforce
• Proven ability to handle customer issues in person and de-escalate situations
• Exposure to sales, revenue growth, or account management
• Strong business acumen with experience owning or influencing a P&L
• High energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to be in the field daily
• Comfortable speaking in technical terms and working alongside technical teams
