BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time OR Advanced Modality Technologist for Barnes Jewish Hospital - Main Floor Plaza West Tower- General Radiology  (St. Louis, MO)

 

$5,000 Sign on Bonus Eligible!!!

 

No experience needed – We will Cross Train!!!

 

New grads, upcoming Radiology grad students, and experienced Radiologic Technologists welcome to apply!!!

 

Position Details:

  • Day Shift: 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs – 7:30am-8pm)
  • No CALL!!!
  • NO weekends!!!
  • Operate C-Arms and O-Arms in the operating room
  • Use portable x-ray machines to obtain films for intraops or closures in the operating room
  • Occasionally use Radlink in the operating room & assist in providing coverage to Portable x-ray team and/or ED x-ray team when needed
  • Advanced Modality Technologists Pay
  • Offer cross training in MSK special procedures and Cardiac Cath Lab (if interested)
  • Warm & welcoming team of technologists!!!

 

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in related field
  • Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) 

Experience:

  • No experience required!!!
  •  Level 1 or 2 trauma experience and/or OR experience (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.

 

Responsibilities
