Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, including evaluation and plan of care development for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
• Documentation proficiency, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, quality indicator assessment, and charge entry using electronic medical records.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
• Commitment to patient and employee safety, safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace safety policies.

• Duration: 13-week assignment.
