Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide onsite services in a school setting located in Racine, WI. This opportunity offers both part-time and full-time roles, supporting a student caseload of approximately 30 individuals. The students served range from those needing consultative support to medically fragile students utilizing AAC devices, spanning 2nd through 8th grade.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably grades 28
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload including consult-only cases and medically fragile students using AAC devices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams in educational environments

• Onsite position in Racine, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide individualized therapy services
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and caseload management
