We're looking for an experienced Shipping Professional who understands carrier systems, high-volume workflows, and the importance of precision. This is not a general warehouse role-this is for someone who knows shipping, while also supporting warehouse flow and readiness for production.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily shipping operations: packaging, labeling, manifesting, and carrier coordination
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, or similar systems
• Ensure accuracy across all orders, documentation, and tracking
• Receive inbound materials and verify counts against packing slips
• Support inventory management by tracking, organizing, and keeping counts up to date
• Stage materials and finished goods to ensure teams are set up for their shifts
• Maintain clean, organized shipping and warehouse areas
• Assist with fulfillment, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and custom packaging

You'll Thrive If You

• Have strong experience with carrier systems (UPS, ShipStation, FedEx, etc.)
• Can manage high-volume shipping with speed and accuracy
• Take ownership of your work and catch details others miss
• Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and work well across teams

Required Experience

• 3+ years in a high-volume shipping role
• Hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, or similar software
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines with precision
• Forklift experience (or ability to certify)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift

Nice to Have

• Freight / LTL coordination experience
• Warehouse receiving or inventory management experience
