Job Description
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE or you will be sent home without pay
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience (restaurant, corporate, or commercial kitchen)
Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
Scratch cooking experience required
Must be able to read and follow recipes without supervision
Strong knife skills required
Must know how to properly use a cut glove
Job Duties
Prepare and cook all menu items from scratch
Execute prep and service efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Follow recipes, production sheets, and food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Expectations
No on-the-job training provided
Must follow all safety and sanitation rules
Professional, reliable, and punctual

- Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
- Ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
- Keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
- Safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
- Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
- Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
