Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team and take ownership of core accounting functions while helping to build and optimize scalable processes.
This role is ideal for someone coming out of a top public accounting firm who is excited to move into an operational, high-impact position within a fintech environment.
You’ll work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and play a key role in ERP selection and implementation, process improvement, and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute key components of the month-end and year-end close process
Help streamline accounting workflows and improve existing processes for scalability
Partner on ERP system selection and implementation, including design and optimization
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data flow
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
Contribute to building a strong, scalable finance function in a high-growth environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA strongly preferred
3–6+ years of experience, ideally from a top-tier public accounting firm
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with or exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
