Part-time Position
Evergreen Ford Lincoln is searching for a Receptionist for our Sales Department to be the welcoming face of our showroom and the first point of contact for our customers.
In this role, you’ll greet guests as they arrive, manage incoming calls, and help connect customers with the appropriate sales team members. You’ll play an important part in creating a positive first impression while keeping the front office organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet showroom guests and ensure a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate sales team members
- Assist with managing showroom traffic and customer flow
- Support the Sales Department with light administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer logs and records
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide general support to the sales team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
