Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting in Ridgecrest, CA. This contract position runs now through the end of May and involves managing an elementary caseload. The role requires working onsite to provide speech and language services to young students in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP certification and relevant licensure
  • Experience working with school-age children, preferably at the elementary level
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently

Compensation:

  • $48.27 to $60.03 per hour, depending on school-based or independent experience
  • W-2 contract arrangement
