Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Client prefers candidates with an Associate degree as minimum education.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience required. Experience providing in-home evaluations, plan of care development, and caregiver education is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in mobility training, therapeutic exercise, fall prevention, and durable medical equipment recommendations preferred.
- Ability to work independently in patient homes and travel within the service area. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
