Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in Home Health preferred. Candidates with recent home health caseload experience and demonstrated skills in patient mobility assessment, fall prevention, and home safety evaluation are preferred.
- Client requires professional certification as indicated in order notes. Meet all facility-specific credentialing and background screening requirements prior to start.
